1. What does “Free Shipping” mean?
“Free shipping” means buyers do not need to pay the shipping cost, but should be responsible for any Customs duty or fee if caused.

2. What are the differences between China Post and EMS (DHL)?
China Post is only for packages less than 2KG.The main advantage is low cost on shipping, but it takes much longer time, about 20 ~ 25 days to USA, EUROPE, ASIA, about 20 ~ 35 days to CANADA, SOUTH AMERICA, etc.
EMS (DHL) is better for large packages. It takes about 4 ~8 days to most countries.
We hope you can understand that international delivery mostly depends on carrier and local custom. Delivery normally takes 20~35 working days,Sometimes it may be postponed due to bad weather,holiday ,or custom’s strict security or something we could not expect.
If your items can not arrive over 35 days, please feel free to contact us. We will be responsible for you !

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
